Your health,
on your time
In Malaysia, critical illness is the most prevalent disease among the populace, particularly to aging males and, regrettably, lately teenagers. The early stages of this illness typically do not exhibit any symptoms. Most critically ill patients don’t get this illness diagnosed until it’s late and the symptoms are severe and frequent. This then has a detrimental impact on the patient’s capacity to carry on with their regular lives and has long-term consequences
Our health should be a top priority because without it, we are unable to accomplish many of our other goals and aspirations. Health checks like body mass index (BMI), blood pressure and pulse readings, cholesterol levels, and blood sugar content should become regular checkup because, as the saying goes, “Health is Wealth.”
The good news, Sihat Malaysia which is our organisation provides facilities for annual health checkups for all members and non-member Malaysians at cost only, without profit. We also provide health consultation and monitoring services until the member is completely healthy or disease-free.

Obesity & Fat
Fatness, or obesity, is a chronic disease that is spreading among the world community and Malaysia in particular. 10 years ago, obesity was only identified as a health risk factor, especially for cardiovascular disease, especially heart disease. But over the past 5 years, based on new scientific findings, obesity has been identified as a disease that has a negative impact on health and contributes to serious diseases in individuals who are prone to obesity, especially heart disease and diabetes.
Malaysians need to adopt new behaviours and cultivate a healthy lifestyle by monitoring their eating habits and increasing their physical activity. With guidance from a dietician or nutritionist, nutritional control can be aided. While adding physical exercise calls for advice from health education officers, Body weight can be decreased with the assistance of easy-to-follow dietary guidelines like increasing fibre intake and cutting back on fat and carbohydrates. In order to lower their BMI, people should engage in moderate physical exercise for 60 to 90 minutes each day.
This is not the fault of Malaysians; specialist references are not provided. Those with private specialist referrals are expensive. Not possible for everyone in the B40 and M40 groups. Therefore, to fill this void, Sihat Malaysia strives to establish a nutritionist referral centre for all Malaysians, free of charge for members of the organisation and at a cost price to Malaysians who are not members.
Healthy Food,
is every where
Sihat Malaysia is well aware that constraints on people make it difficult to get balanced and healthy food restaurant. If it exists only for the T20 group or the Kayangan group. It’s almost nothing for the people of Marhain. Healthy slogans always resonate, but nobody wants to patch this up, or fill it out. Most restaurants, especially mamak restaurants, forget about the need for a balanced diet for humans. They provide tasty food but more protein and carbohydrates, and drinks with excess sugar. More unfortunate, and unbeknownst to them, they have become silent killers to most Malaysians.
Therefore, Sihat Malaysia is called upon to fill this void and complement the government’s slogan to produce healthy Malaysians. Sihat Malaysia does not seek to compete any restaurants or put an end to any restaurants. We will assist current eateries in making the transition to serving healthy cuisine. Our strategy is to provide them with extra sustenance, like fruits and leafy green vegetables. We request a stand to offer a source of fibre and fruits. Additionally, we will provide the nutritional and calorie information posters for each age group as well as those who are suffering from a serious disease.
your exercise,
is a priority
A gym or exercise centre is an option for individuals who want to start exercising as part of their daily routine. One of the advantages of working out in a gym is that it provides a closed and safe environment. In fact, for those who are new to exercise, the gym provides a variety of aids that can be used depending on each individual’s level of ability. More intriguing, the gym equipment is more diverse and can help strengthen legs, hands, and the like. Exercise is also more focused in the gym because the focus is only on charts and localised movements. In fact, exercise activities in the gym are safer and reduce the risk of injury because you are able to control the environment.
Sihat Malaysia helps the people understand the correct method of exercise and make it a culture in their lives. Most Malaysians are more inclined to lose weight, but it is actually an effort that will not last forever. Weight loss may affect health, while fat loss is a healthy way to lose weight. Our body weight consists of three components: muscle mass, water, and fat. When we lose weight the wrong way (through a crash diet), the body will lose muscle mass and maybe water, but the fat level remains the same. Even if we lose weight, our body fat percentage remains high. As a result, we will experience a decrease in fitness levels, a decrease in energy and strength, poor performance, rapid ageing, and a reduction in the body’s immune level. When we experience a reduction in the level of muscle mass, the body will begin to lose the ability to burn many calories, and as a result, the body will store more fat. This means that after the crash diet, the weight will rise dramatically again. When we focus on fat loss and maintain muscle mass, fitness levels will increase, body strength and energy levels will increase, performance will increase, ageing will become slower, and the risk of disease will decrease.
Therefore, Sihat Malaysia provides the best recipes to Malaysians by having instructors trained and certified by Sihat Malaysia. And the gyms that are willing to comply and work with Sihat Malaysia in helping Malaysians of all ages, regardless of gender, continue to exercise with the right method. Our aimed now is to Loss Fat, not to loss weight.
your knowledge,
don't do without it
We often hear about the importance of a healthy lifestyle for teenagers, young people, and people from all walks of life on television, in magazines, or on radio stations. Some say this healthy lifestyle includes healthy eating. Some also touch on exercise and physical activity. It is no less recommended that we avoid unhealthy habits and eating habits. It seems to have become routine to hear the term. However, the understanding of why a healthy lifestyle is important is not very good. The proof is that Malaysians still have high obesity rates and low physical activity.
What is actually going on in Malaysia and the rest of the world? Is having good health just a goal and a phrase that requires no actual effort? Where are the errors and mistakes? Why do so many government groups and non-governmental organisations (NGOs) work to promote healthy living, but the results are inconsistent and meagre? Therefore, pointing fingers is not the answer to this issue. Knowledge is what we need right now.
Sihat Malaysia establishes training facilities, conferences, and platforms to educate and establish a standard of knowledge for good health. The aim of this action is to provide healthy food and exercise, promote healthy living, and foster a healthy environment for Malaysians. Nutritionists, healthcare professionals, and top academics in the field of health make up the teaching staff; they were all specifically invited by Sihat Malaysia. Restaurants and fitness centres that adhere to the Healthy Malaysia guidelines will receive certification.
your suffering,
is gone
